Quotations and Design Reviews

Request for Quotations through the website will aim as a reference tool for our team to provide accurate estimates of work to be carried out. We reserve the right to alter estimates in advance of carrying out work on our project. In this form, we will need to collect your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

The quote written by Cole Planning and Design for the client represents the requests of the client. It is not a builder’s survey and we will not be held liable for any task that is not included in the written quote.

Any quote or estimate is subject to revision, customers must let us know of all changes made as soon as possible, so that their quote can be revised. Any changes made without notifying us, may cause a delay in the work until a price has been agreed for any changes.

Refunds and Booking Confirmation

If you have any queries regarding the quality of our planning and design services provided, please contact our team directly. We do not offer refunds in regard to work carried out but we always aim to ensure that work is carried out at the highest level and that every client is satisfied with the work undertaken by Celine and the Team.

All services provided are agreed in advance and follow industry best practice. We do not sell goods directly through our website but do take payment for Design Reviews. We take payment for services agreed in advance with our clients. When making a payment, please make sure that your details are correct. Our booking calendar is only a request for a date/ time and does not constitute an agreed consultation. You will receive confirmation directly from our team via email / phone.

Processing your payment using Stripe Card Services:

After you place with our team, you will need to make payment for the services you have ordered. In order to process your payment, we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We may choose to change this Payment provider at any stage and aim to ensure our clients payment safety at all stages.
